The Holiday Chalkfulloflove Hand Lettering workshop turned out exactly as I dreamt it would! I wanted to create a space that would get my new friends in the mood for the holiday season. I chose deep and rich colored compotes from Stems Floral here in Austin, Texas. We had the most amazing table and chairs sponsored by the gorgeous Good Life Furniture Collection. And what really made the day was the gorgeous space. I mean look at that light? Isn’t One Eleven East the prettiest space ever? Not to mention its nestled in the cutest little historic town of Hutto, TX. Let me preface this by saying I am not a sweets person, but whatever Green Lily Bakery puts in her tiny pies and macarons, I could not stop eating them! We also had yummy holiday inspired cocktails provided by She Plus Him Bartending.

I love to make my workshops warm, relaxed and fun. I try my best to be as thorough as possible with each and every letter. And my favorite part is watching you put into practice what we learned on our Hurd and Honey Chalkboards!

Here is what a sweet attendee had to say about her experience:

“I had so much fun at this workshop. I was concerned about my ability but the way the workshop was designed took the pressure off and I was able to relax and have fun. It’s fun with a friend but there were other women, who had come alone, and they were enjoying themselves. We got yummy snacks, fun grab bag, and we got to decorate our own chalkboards. Sarah is the sweetest & a patient teacher.”

A big shoutout to our swag bag sponsors: Dear Mushka, Perch Shop, Allie Siedel, Hurd and Honey and May Designs!

All my gorgeous photographs were taken by Angie of Angie L Photography!

There are two new dates announced for the next workshops! January 30th and February 28th! Snag your seats via my etsy shop:
