Cinnamon Pie Crust Chips with Pumpkin Spice Dip

Cinnamon Pie Crust Chips with Pumpkin Spice Dip

Anyone else get giddy at the thought of bringing out the cinnamon and pumpkin spice for Fall? Tell me I'm not the only one. If you don't already know, I absolutely love to bake and Fall is my season, y'all.

Now, let me introduce you to the easiest thing you will ever bake, but one of the best Fall recipes for entertaining, movie nights, etc. The ingredients are so simple: uncooked store-bought pie crust, heavy cream, cinnamon sugar, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. That's it y'all. It literally took me less than 30 minutes to make. My entire family enjoyed snacking on these during our Friday night movie night.

So easy, so simple, but so delicious and full of all the Fall flavors you love. Scroll down for the recipe!

  • 1 batch unbaked store-bought pie crust dough
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk or cream
  •  cup cinnamon sugar (mix 2 tablespoons of cinnamon into ½ cup granulated sugar and stir well to make cinnamon sugar)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. On a floured surface or sheet of parchment paper, roll pie crust out to ⅛ to ¼-inch thickness. Cut out with leaf-shaped cookie cutter/press (dip cookie cutter in flour to prevent sticking).
  3. Brush each leaf gently with milk or cream and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Transfer leaves to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until leaves are just beginning to brown on the bottom edges.
  5. Remove leaves from the oven and transfer to a serving tray.
  6. In a small bowl, beat or mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice.
  7. Serve pie chips and dip together.
