Honey Lavender Cold Brew

Honey Lavender Cold Brew

What's better than a refreshing cold brew for the summer? A nice, chilled beverage that will also give you a nice little burst of energy? Yes please. This recipe consists of cold brew (I'll explain below how to make one!), honey, lavender syrup, and almond milk. It's the perfect, fresh combination to get your morning (or afternoon!) going.

HOW TO MAKE A COLD BREW

In case you have never made a cold brew, I'll explain how I make mine. It's really quite simple! I make mine in our french press. I take 1/2 cup of roughly ground coffee beans and place it in our french press. Then I add 4 cups of filtered water and let it sit for 24 hours. This helps bring out all the flavors and caffeine so you get a very potent cold brew (this is why a lot of people say cold brews give them more energy!).

After you have made your cold brew, you simply add your honey, lavender syrup, and almond milk and mix! You can find the full recipe below.

If you're looking for the perfect glasses for your cold brew coffee, our rainbow glasses are so perfect for this! They fit 16oz of glorious cold brew and they are just about the cutest summer glasses with their pink rainbow printed on both sides!
