Shipping Policy:

Most items from the shop will ship within 3-5 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) + First Class (3-7 business days)  If you are ordering a custom chalkboard that will be shipped using FedEx Home delivery.

All apparel is made to order and will ship separately from any non-apparel items in your cart. Gift notes cannot be included in apparel only orders.

International Shipping Policy:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund Policy:

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order, we will work our hardest to solve the problem. If your item was damaged in transit, a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery. You MUST also send photo evidence of the item as well as the packaging if possible. We will then send a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). For any international orders, we will be happy to cover the cost of the mug, but you are responsible for paying the extra shipping.

If an imperfect mug is damaged in transit, we cannot guarantee that another will be in stock, but will refund the cost of the mug.

Due to the nature of the printing method, we are unable to accept returns on  apparel. Please reach out if you have any questions on fit or sizing before ordering!

Once the item has been passed to USPS, Chalkfulloflove is not longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If your item is lost in transit or if it says delivered but you did not receive it, it is the customer’s responsibility to file as claim with USPS.
